7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At YSN·STUDIO, we take pride in the quality of our premium collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Quality Control: We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, soiled, broken, or altered while in the customer’s possession. All items will undergo a strict inspection upon return.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging (including tags and boxes).
Important: Any item that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
Shipping & Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for any signs of wear or damage.
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
